Maintenance work on Bluehost, HostGator, and other EIG-family shared hosts isn't reliable. The infrastructure issues are upstream of anything I can fix from inside WordPress — slow database response, missing SFTP/SSH access, mandatory plugin restrictions, and aggressive resource throttling.

I won't take an Essential subscription on these hosts because I can't deliver what it promises. The honest path forward is a one-time migration to a compatible host first, then the maintenance work runs on solid ground.
